Our classes will group students into appropriate skill levels and then focus on basic mat work, including forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, walkovers and limbers. Eventually we will work on handsprings, aerials and standing back tucks. This is a great class for a high energy student!

Combo Classes: Combination classes are a great way for students to try two different styles of dance in one class period. Class time will be evenly split between the two styles.
